KAIZEN™ Congress México 2020

KAIZEN™ Congress México concluded its fifth edition with this year’s registration fees supporting three foundations: AMANC San Luis Potosí, Casa de Jesús, and World Vision por los Niños. Regardless of the congress being conducted virtually due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the quality was comparable to a physical event.

The congress explored the theme of Leadership in Action based on the KAIZEN™ philosophy and its underlying principles. The core meaning of KAIZEN™ is to change for the better, always based on the development of all people at all times in all business functions. This requires leadership that is continuously connected with the frontline to ensure improvement is really everyone, everywhere, every day improvement, as stated so eloquently by Masaaki Imai, founder of Kaizen Institute.

This year the congress hosted 300+ attendees from 50+ companies inspired by four speakers:

Ms. Gabriela García, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for PepsiCo Alimentos México.

Mr. Mauricio Reynoso, General Director of the Mexican Association in Human Resources Management (Amedirh).

Ms. Adriana Moreno, Digital Transformation Leader NISSAN, one of the 100 most influential women in Mexico (according to EXPANSIÓN 2019 magazine).

Mr. Eduardo Vallado, Former Regional Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Americas

Bacardi y Cía.

The KAIZEN™ Congress Mexico 2020 was an enriching event, providing engaging experiences for participants and numerous motivational contributions that made it another successful event.

We look forward to seeing you again next year!
